Guest Speaker: R.J. Wallia

Rabjeet Singh (“RJ”) Wallia graduated in 2012 from Osgoode Hall Law School with a certification in Litigation and Dispute Resolution and was a winner of the Dean’s Gold Key Award.   RJ then articled with a well-known litigation boutique in Toronto before joining the in-house legal team of the largest direct Home & Auto insurer in the country.

RJ returned to BC in 2015.  Since then, he has worked both in-house with a large insurance company and in private practice and has honed his skills in litigation representing plaintiffs, insurance companies, and commercial clients.  RJ provides litigation services both to insurance companies and to plaintiffs as part of his personal injury practice and assists both businesses and individuals in a growing commercial litigation practice.  RJ is passionate about finding the best solutions for his clients.
